Minsheng Education Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), together with its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group” or “we”), is one of the largest private higher education providers in China. As of December 31, 2018, the total number of students enrolled in the Group was 65,496, and a total of 4,353 employees were employed. As of December 31, 2018, the Group owns and operates ten schools in the People's Republic of China (“China”), six of which are high schools, namely Chongqing University of Humanities and Technology, Dianchi College of Yunnan University, Chongqing Gongshang University Pace College, Chongqing Applied Technology Vocational College, Inner Mongolia Fengzhou Vocational College (Qingcheng Branch), and Chongqing Telecom Vocational College; 2 of these are middle vocational schools, namely Leling Minsheng Vocational Secondary School and Leling City Vocational Secondary School operated under commissioned management arrangements; and 2 of them are high schools, namely Shouguang Bohai Experimental School and Minsheng Education Group Affiliated Leling High School. Through these schools, the Group mainly provides higher education, including undergraduate education and tertiary education. Through more than 10 years of operation in the field of higher education, we believe we have established a good reputation in the relevant regions of China, which has helped us attract high quality students and teachers and paved the way for our success. We aim to maintain and strengthen our market position in the higher education industry in China.
