Weiye Holding Group was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Henan. It is a diversified and international industrial group. Weiye Holdings was listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange Limited (“SGX”) on August 16, 2011, and on the dual main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) on April 6, 2016. The Company announced its voluntary delisting from the SGX on August 24, 2018.
