BANK OF TIANJIN (01578.HK): The qualifications of Directors Feng Jinghua and Peng Bing have been approved by the regulatory Institutions.
On January 27, Gelonghui reported that BANK OF TIANJIN (01578.HK) announced that it has recently received the "Approval of the Tianjin Financial Supervision Bureau on the Qualification of Feng Jinghua as Independent Director of BANK OF TIANJIN" (Jinjinfu [2025] No. 30) and the "Approval of the Tianjin Financial Supervision Bureau on the Qualification of Peng Bing as Independent Director of BANK OF TIANJIN" (Jinjinfu [2025] No. 28), approving Mr. Feng and Mr. Peng to serve as independent non-executive directors of the bank. According to relevant provisions, Mr. Feng has been serving as an independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee since January 24, 2025.
