Yadi Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Yadi” or “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively, the “Group”) was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Shanghai. It is a leading electric two-wheeler brand in the People's Republic of China (“China”), focusing on the design, research, development, manufacture and sale of electric scooters, electric bicycles, batteries and related accessories. Over the past 21 years, it has successfully established “Yadi” as the top brand of electric two-wheelers in China. Under the “Yadi” brand, the Group provides a variety of electric scooters and electric bicycles with diverse designs, styles and functions to meet the needs of a wide range of customer groups.
