Gelonghui reported on March 17 that YICHEN IND (01596.HK) announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the group's annual performance announcement for the year ending December 31, 2024, and to propose a final dividend for the year ending December 31, 2024 (if any), as well as to address other matters.

YICHEN IND (01596.HK) expects an annual net loss of approximately 50.8 million yuan.
Gelonghui, March 13丨YICHEN IND (01596.HK) announced that the company expects to record a consolidated net loss of approximately RMB 50.8 million for the year ending December 31, 2024. This is a reversal from the consolidated net income recorded for the year ending December 31, 2023, which was approximately RMB 50.3 million. The Board of Directors believes that the decline in the group's financial performance is mainly due to the following reasons: (i) an estimated impairment loss of approximately RMB 64.2 million needs to be recognized for the year ending December 31, 2024, while an impairment loss of about RMB was recognized for the year ending December 31, 2023.
