Gelonghui, January 27th: TIAN LUN GAS (01600.HK) announced that Mr. Zhang Yingcen has resigned as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors due to personal health reasons. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Executive Director Mr. Xian Zhenyuan has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that Ms. Zhang Baixuan has been appointed as Executive Director, effective January 27, 2025.

Jinwu Finance News | TIAN LUN GAS (01600) announced that two subsidiaries, Henan TIAN LUN and Henan Shoukai, have respectively entered into leasing agreements with TIAN LUN Education for leasing properties in Zhengzhou, with an annual rent of 4.5 million yuan (RMB, the same below). In addition, the two subsidiaries have also entered into property management service agreements with New TIAN LUN Property Management for a period of 3 years. According to the announcement, the Executive Director and major Shareholder Zhang Yingcen Holds TIAN LUN Education and New TIAN LUN Property. The leased properties are located at the intersection of Jiuru East Road and Huanghe East Road in Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou, with a total construction area of 5,606 and 1,193 square meters respectively, used as offices, with annual rents of 3.71 million and 0.79 million.
