ZGC TEC LEASING (01601.HK) intends to appoint Zhang Jian and Wei Tingquan as non-executive Directors.
On December 20, Gelonghui reported that ZGC TEC LEASING (01601.HK) announced receiving written resignations from Zhang Shuqing and Wang Sujuan on December 20, 2024. Zhang Shuqing resigned from the positions of Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee, Member of the Risk Control Committee, and Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee due to job changes. Wang Sujuan resigned from the positions of Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee due to job changes. It is proposed to appoint Zhang Jian and Wei Tingquan as Non-Executive Directors of the second Board of Directors, and it is suggested that Zhang Jian take over as Chairman of the Board Committee after Zhang Shuqing's resignation becomes effective.
