Greencore Holdings, November 5th | Synertone (01613.HK) announced that on November 5, 2024, the Company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber, pursuant to which, the Company conditionally agreed to issue and allot shares to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$0.28 per share for a total of 74.176 million shares. The subscription shares will be issued and allotted under the general mandate. Assuming that from the date of this announcement to the completion date, the Company's share capital remains unchanged, the subscription shares would represent approximately 19.80% of the Company's issued share capital as of the announcement date; the subscription price of HK$0.28 per share compared to the shares.
