Yugo International Holdings Limited (“Yugo”) is mainly engaged in the distribution of third party brand petrochemical products and sale of its own brand lubricants in Hong Kong. Yuko International Holdings Limited is also an authorized fleet card agent for an international petroleum company in Hong Kong. Yugao's petrochemical product portfolio includes (i) diesel; (ii) lubricants (including private label lubricants and third party brand lubricants); and (iii) other petrochemical products, such as asphalt. Vico is also an authorized dealer for fleet cards issued by an international petroleum company. During the performance period, Wigao purchased batches of semi-finished lubricants and/or finished lubricants from overseas suppliers for internal blending and/or repackaging, and sold in wholesale and retail packages in Hong Kong.
