We are a well-known subcontractor in Hong Kong, China. We have a history of operation for over 22 years. We mainly provide formwork projects, and can be divided into two categories according to the materials mainly used in formwork projects, namely (i) traditional wooden formwork using wood and plywood; and (ii) metal formwork systems using aluminum. Formwork is an important and indispensable element of concrete building construction. Since freshly made concrete takes time to solidify and requires a mold to shape the required shape and size, the template is used to carry the poured concrete and shape it to the required size and shape. Once the concrete supports itself, the formwork will be removed later. We have a team of skilled workers and ordinary workers to complete on-site projects. This is commonly required in contracts concluded by some major contractors from Hong Kong, China. The Group has participated in a number of large-scale formwork projects and has accumulated sufficient skills and experience in handling technically complex and/or large-scale formwork projects, enabling us to seize opportunities in the construction industry market. The company's history can be traced back to 1994, when Mr. Leung Chi-kit and Mr. Chow Siu-yu co-founded Wanli Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Wanli”). Prior to the establishment of Wanli, Mr. Leung and Mr. Zhou each had accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. At the time of registration, Wanli provided template projects. In 2001, the Group expanded its business and registered Haoye Construction Co., Ltd. (“Haoye”) and engaged in building construction projects. In the same year, Liang Bei Plate Mold Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Liang Bei”) was established, and Liang Bei was registered with the Construction Industry Council as a registered subcontractor for wooden formwork and metal scaffolding.
