China Metal Resources Utilization Co., Ltd. (“China Metal Resources Utilization” or the “Company”) is an exempted limited company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on February 22, 2013. The Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) are a rapidly growing manufacturer of recycled copper products (also known as copper semi-finished products) in southwestern China. The Company's shares (“Shares”) have been listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) since February 21, 2014 (the “Listing Date”). The Group is a manufacturer of recycled copper products (also known as copper semi-finished products), communication cables, and distribution cables. The Group mainly processes recycled copper scrap, followed by electrolytic copper, to produce a variety of copper products, including copper wires, copper wires, copper bars, copper meters, communication cables, and distribution cables.
