We are a comprehensive engineering solutions provider focusing mainly on motion control, industrial computing and other professional engineering solutions. 2016 marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Group. Over the years, under the wise leadership of Mr. Zhang (who is our president, managing director and controlling shareholder with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering), we have grown from a local start-up servo motor supplier to a multinational “one-stop” engineering solutions provider. Our success is mainly due to the fact that we have established business relationships with suppliers over the years, enabling us to recommend and provide customers with various solution products to meet their various one-stop engineering needs. We are headquartered in Singapore. As of June 30, 2016, we operated through 67 subsidiaries and 64 sales offices located in mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and a few other Asian countries and regions, including Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan and Indonesia. Over the track record period, over 69% of our total revenue came from China. In China, we have an industrial base with a total construction area of about 40,657 square meters in an industrial park in Wujiang District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. We mainly manufacture several products for other professional engineering solutions through the installation and assembly of purchased parts here, such as hinges and door locks, precision gearboxes, and other industrial hardware. During the track record period, our revenue from products manufactured in Wujiang accounted for less than 8% of our total revenue. We consider ourselves knowledge-oriented manufacturers, unlike capital or labor-intensive manufacturers on the market. As of June 30, 2016, we had 834 employees, of which approximately 37.4% were sales and engineering staff, who focused on providing solutions to meet customers' engineering needs in different offices. During the track record period, revenue from the motion control solutions business accounted for over 73% of our total revenue. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, we ranked first and fourth respectively in the Singapore and China motion control solutions markets in terms of revenue in 2015.
