Gelonghui, January 24: TIANBAO ENERGY (01671.HK) announced that, effective January 24, 2025: (a) the company's executive director and deputy general manager Yao Shen has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee; and the company's executive director and deputy general manager Mao Yongming will no longer serve as a member of the remuneration committee but will continue to serve as the company's executive director and deputy general manager.

On January 24, Gelonghui announced that TIANBAO ENERGY (01671.HK) has entered into an EPC contract on January 24, 2025, with its wholly-owned subsidiary TIANBAO NEW ENERGY (as "the Client") and Tianjin Anjie (as "the Contractor"). According to the EPC contract, Tianjin Anjie will provide general contracting services for distributed photovoltaic projects to TIANBAO NEW ENERGY. The contract price under the EPC contract will not exceed 10.09612 million RMB (including tax), and will be subject to the actual installed capacity.
