Highland Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Xiamen, Fujian, China. Our subsidiary Xiamen Wofeng Food Co., Ltd. (“Xiamen Wofeng”) and Fujian Wofeng Food Co., Ltd. (“Fujian Wofeng”) mainly sell dried seafood, algae, fungi, seafood snacks and frozen seafood products under the “Wofeng” brand to major supermarket chains and convenience stores in 9 provinces and 3 municipalities directly under the Central Government of China. In 2005, Xiamen Wofeng founded the beautiful coastal city of Xiamen. The founders of a group of traditional seafood processing techniques that love the sea and cook are determined to become “ocean to table carriers”, focusing on the green business of ecologically dried aquatic products throughout the process. Over the past 11 years, relying on the quality of dried seafood products and the unique seafood supply chain integration, and the personal service of more than 250 sales teams at sales terminals, we have successfully established close cooperative relationships with famous brands and supermarkets in China. Along with the optimization of talents, supply chains, and channels in recent years, the product structure has been further upgraded, using process technology innovation in the industry-university-research model to form a combination of 203 products in four categories, including dried seafood products, algae and fungus products, seafood snacks, and frozen seafood, and has passed the ISO-22000 food safety management system certification and obtained a QS food production license. Our main target customer base extends from the household market to young people with strong purchasing power, and we have achieved significant growth in revenue. We have about 13 hectares of seaweed kelp aquaculture base and work closely with dozens of fishing fleets to ensure a stable supply of raw materials. Since its establishment, we have relied on industry-university-research integration and strict food safety management systems, from traditional process inheritance to innovation to an innovative enterprise with joint university R&D centers; extending from a single dried seafood product to seafood snack food; from researching aquatic product processes to high-quality product innovation, a “Wofeng” brand based on the growing strength of the marine food industry is about to lead the marine food industry forward with a brand new and excellent leading brand image that protects the nutrition and health of life. We actively explore different businesses to balance business risks. In 2020, we actively developed the daily necessities and cosmetics business in China and Hong Kong through our Perfect Go Trading (Hong Kong) Limited.
