Macau Lijun Founding Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) was incorporated on October 5, 2006 in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. The Company is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are among the leading owners of entertainment and casino gaming facilities in Macau. The Group currently owns the Macau Fisherman's Wharf (“Macau Fisherman's Wharf”) invested and operated by Macau Fisherman's Wharf on the Macau Peninsula. It is a comprehensive beachfront facility integrating gaming, hotels, meetings and entertainment, in line with the “leisure, tourism, economy and multicultural” policy of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government of the People's Republic of China. The Group's business includes (i) providing comprehensive gaming services to Australian Entertainment in connection with the operation of Ligong Casino; and (ii) operating hotels, entertainment and leisure facilities within its properties.
