The main reasons for the expected loss are: (i) the slowdown in overall economic growth in Europe and North America, which has led to sustained low demand for the group's main products in the European and North American markets; and (ii) increased administrative expenses, due to (a) one-time compensation paid to the former director for terminating his or her duties; and (b) investment in the new energy fund-related market.
