Most Kwai Chung (01716) plans to acquire To Be Honest Limited for HKD 2.9082 million, increasing its stake from 31% to 51% of the issued share capital.
On July 11, 2024, Most Company C Limited (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a share purchase agreement with the seller according to the terms and conditions of the agreement to acquire and the seller agreed to sell the sale shares (which together represent 31% of the issued share capital of the target company, To Be Honest Limited) for a consideration of HKD 2.9082 million. As of the date of this announcement and prior to completion, Seller A and Seller B respectively own 37.5% and 37% of the target company.
