Ausu Dairy Co., Ltd. (“Ausu” or “Company” for short, and its subsidiary “Group”; stock code: 1717.HK) is an international high-end dairy products and nutritional products enterprise with a complete raw milk collection business chain, R&D, production and final market sales. The Company's global sales and service network covers the People's Republic of China (“PRC”), North America, Europe, Russia, Australia, the Middle East and other regions. The company was founded in September 2003 in Changsha, Hunan Province, China, and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited in October 2009, becoming the first infant formula company in mainland China to be listed in Hong Kong, China. Australia has adopted a long-term strategy to steadily expand its international corporate status. In 2011, it acquired Ausnutria Hyproca BV (previously “Hyproca Dairy Group BV”), a dairy company with over 100 years of history in the Netherlands. In 2014, it began investing in and building the Pluto factory and Hector factory, also in the Netherlands. In 2016, it acquired Australian nutritional products company Nutrition Care and co-invested with Westland (a New Zealand dairy company) to establish a PNL factory. In 2017, it acquired Australia's ADP and OzFarm. In October 2018, Australia introduced CITIC Agricultural Fund as the company's largest shareholder. Currently, Ausnutria has ten factories around the world, including two in China, five in the Netherlands, two in Australia, and one in New Zealand. They offer a diverse product portfolio covering infant formula, toddler formula, adult formula, liquid milk, and other nutritional products.
