Acer Group Holdings Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in October 2014. We operate our business through our operating subsidiaries, namely Acer Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd., CITIC Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., Acer Machinery Co., Ltd., and Acer (Macau) Foundation Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Hongji Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd. Acer Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong in May 1995. Acer Engineering engages in foundation engineering, which mainly includes the construction of socket-type I-piles, miniature piles, vertical piles, pipe piles and lifting columns. It is our main business and we generally act as subcontractors or subcontractors. Piles are constructed on-site through cast steel piles that extend to the bedrock or pre-drilled holes of a designed depth. Since the drilling hole is basically less vibrating, the nature of the drilling pile is non-impact. As a result, it causes less interference to the surrounding area. Steel piles used in drilling piles can generally be classified as I-shaped piles (or I-shaped steel columns) and miniature piles (or steel bars). Piles can be used to provide lateral support for excavation projects, build piled foundations, and replace them. CITIC Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. CITIC Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong in December 1995. CITIC Drilling engages in on-site land survey projects and generally acts as the general contractor. In the case of new construction projects, the goal of land surveys is to obtain reliable information so that an economical and safe design can be made and that the bidding and construction requirements are met. In Hong Kong, due to rapid urban development, it is very necessary to investigate the impact of new projects on construction and engineering. Generally, site exploration works are carried out by taking soil and/or rock samples from all parts of the site and at various depths. The subcontractor will perform laboratory tests on the collected samples and prepare land survey reports.
