Following these changes: (1) Zeng Tingyi has resigned as an executive director. Therefore, he will no longer serve as a member of the compensation committee; (2) Song Tao has resigned as an independent non-executive director. Therefore, he will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee; (3) The current executive director Wang Mingcheng has been appointed as a member of the compensation committee; (4) Su Yi has been appointed as an executive director; (5) Xu Weiling has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.
