Central New Egy (01735) announced that on July 12th, 2024, the lessee and the lessor entered into an equipment leasing agreement, and the lessor agreed to lease the leasing equipment to the lessee. The pre-lease period is from June 20th, 2024 to September 20th, 2024, and the lease period is from September 20th, 2024 to September 20th, 2029, for a total of 60 months. During the pre-lease period and lease period, the lessee shall pay the lessor a rent of approximately 0.1236 billion yuan according to the equipment leasing agreement. The leasing equipment includes 21 types of equipment used in the production of photovoltaic batteries, including but not limited to boron diffusion equipment, and front film equipment.
