About FS ANTHRACITE Company

The company was incorporated in January 2010 under the laws of the British Virgin Islands. We used to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Natural Resources Ltd. (a British Virgin Islands company with common shares listed on the NASDAQ capital market, codename “CHNR”, controlled by our Chairman and CEO, Mr. Li Feilie). China Natural Resources Co., Ltd. has two business divisions, namely: 1) basic metals exploration and mining, and 2) anthracite exploration and mining. On January 22, 2014, the coal business division of China Natural Resources Co., Ltd. (the company) completed the spin-off, and the company's shares held by China Natural Resources Co., Ltd. were distributed to all shareholders of China Natural Resources Co., Ltd. in proportion. We are an anthracite producer based in Guizhou Province, China. We are mainly engaged in the acquisition, construction and development of anthracite mines and the extraction and sale of anthracite. Our mining assets include seven underground anthracite coal mines in Guizhou Province. Five of them have begun commercial production, one is in trial production, and one is under construction. As of July 31, 2013, we have a total certified and estimated coal reserves of approximately 208,870,000 tons and a total licensed annual production capacity of 2,340,000 tons. Future development The company's current performance and achievements depend on our series of successful mergers and acquisitions. In the short term, we will continue to uphold this strategy to properly focus and invest our resources while expanding our business.
