Home Control International Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a leading global provider of home control solutions, headquartered in Singapore and operating all over the world, including North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. The Company acquired Home Control Singapore Pte from Philips in April 2015. Prior to all of Ltd.'s shares, the Group originally established a business with Philips's home control division, and has been operating in this industry for over 30 years. Under the “Omni Remotes” brand, the Group develops and provides high-quality customized remote controls for a number of pay TV operators and consumer electronics brands. Products are shipped to over 40 countries and have a blue chip customer base, including AT&T Services Inc. in North America, Sky CP Limited in Europe, British Telecommunications PLC, Vodafone Group Services Limited and Liberty Global Services B.V., and Reliance Retail Limited in Asia, Bharti Airtel Limited and Qingdao Hisense Electric Co., Ltd. The Group has always attached great importance to innovation, has more than 200 invention patents, and has one of the most comprehensive infrared and code databases in the world. Since its launch, the Group's intelligent cross-device control solution Simple Setup has been distributed to pay TV operators and dozens of customers in the consumer electronics sector.
