Australia's Chengfeng Higher Education Group Limited operates through the Top Education Institute (the “Company” or “TOP”) and is one of Australia's leading private higher education institutions. TOP has registered with the National Higher Education Quality and Standards Agency (“Higher Education Quality and Standards Agency”) and was also approved by the Higher Education Quality and Standards Agency in May 2018 (“Self-Certification Authority”) for courses in the field of management and business, covering levels 5 to 9 of the Australian Qualification Framework (including undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses). In this field, TOP Sydney Business School offers quality courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The courses were also accredited by major professional bodies such as the Institute of Accountants of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand, and were accredited by the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom) during the reporting period. TOP also founded its first law school among private higher education institutions when the Higher Education Quality and Standards Agency and NSW LPAB officially certified its law degree programs. Furthermore, as an internationally recognized institution, TOP has been included in the Chinese JSJ list as one of 42 recommended Australian universities and higher education institutions since 2010, and has been included in the list of offices of the Thai Civil Service Commission since 2015. In May 2016, PwC invested in TOP as a shareholder on behalf of PwC (as a celebrity on behalf of PwC Australia). PwC Australia signed an alliance agreement with TOP, which expires on March 31, 2023. Before it expires, the two parties may agree to extend the term of the alliance agreement for a further period of time, or they can amend its terms during the extension period. According to the alliance agreement, PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia agreed to provide a number of services to help expand TOP's academic and non-academic courses in Australia.
