China Vocational Education's Affiliate Bags Bid for China Land for Campus Construction
C VOCATIONAL ED (01756.HK) plans to acquire land use rights in Jiangmen City, China.
Gelonghui, February 26 - C VOCATIONAL ED (01756.HK) announced that on February 26, 2025, the company's comprehensive accounting related entity, Huazhi College, signed a confirmation letter with the Jiangmen Public Resources Center and its Xinhui Branch. Accordingly, the Jiangmen Public Resources Center and its Xinhui Branch have confirmed, and Huazhi College has acknowledged that it has won the land use rights for this land at a total price of 83.0445 million yuan. As a result of this bid, Huazhi College expects to sign a contract for the allocation of state-owned land use rights with the Jiangmen Resource Bureau within six business days after the confirmation letter is signed. This land will be used for the establishment of Huazhi College in Jiangmen City, China.

Gelonghui, December 19 - C VOCATIONAL ED (01756.HK) announced that the Board of Directors proposed (i) to change the company's English name from "China Vocational Education Holdings Limited" to "China Science and Education Industry Group Limited"; and (ii) to change the company's Chinese dual foreign name from "中国职业教育控股有限公司" to "中国科教产业集团有限公司".
