We are one of the leading private education service groups in Sichuan Province, China, and have a track record of over 22 years in providing private education services. We operate our own kindergartens, high schools and vocational schools, and we also provide education management services to educational institutions, including kindergarten management and other services. As of February 29, 2024, we are operating two kindergartens, a high school and two vocational schools in Chengdu and Suining, Sichuan. As of February 29, 2024, there were 32,693 students enrolled in our school, and our group had 2,543 employees, of which more than 2,000 were teachers. Since 2001, we have been rooted in the private preschool education industry and have expanded our business into the private elementary school, middle school and high school education industry. In June 2001, we established our first kindergarten, kindergarten for kindergarten teachers through cooperation with Chengdu Kindergarten Teacher Training School, and developed Lido Kindergarten, Riverside Kindergarten, Longquan Kindergarten, Qingyang Kindergarten, and Peninsula Kindergarten one after another. We hosted Jinjiang School in April 2012. Since then, we have successfully replicated the business model of school management and set up Longquan School and Tianfu School one after another. In March 2021, we opened Tianfu High School. Since September 2019, we have successively founded four Bojun Public Schools in Sichuan Province under the new brand “Bojun College”. As the implementing regulations came into effect on September 1, 2021, the Group no longer consolidated accounts for affected entities. Our remaining business mainly involves operating for-profit high schools and kindergartens, and providing educational services to Chinese educational institutions. Furthermore, we have begun to deploy in the field of private vocational education. On August 31, 2023, we completed the acquisition and signed a new structured contract. Currently, we operate two vocational schools under our umbrella. We focus on providing quality education services and attach importance to the overall development of students. At the same time, we closely follow the national education strategy development plan and adjust our business structure in a timely manner. As the demand for high-quality private education from Chinese parents increases, we have made great strides since opening our first school in 2001.
