We are the leading comprehensive education service operator in western China. We provide customers with comprehensive education management and diversified services. In the year of this report, the number of high school students in the Group's school network was 25,524. At the beginning of the fall semester of 2023, the number of high school students in the Group's school network increased to 36,708, an increase of 43.8%. With the Group's strong presence in Sichuan Province, where it is located, our schools are spread across 36 cities in Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Henan, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Yunnan, Gansu, Anhui, Guangxi, Guangdong, Shaanxi, Shanghai, Chongqing and Hubei. On August 31, 2023, the Group mainly provided comprehensive education services to students in 50 schools. We have over 20 years of experience in providing educational services, focusing on developing the strengths and potential of every child and promoting lifelong learning and growth. We design and develop our educational curriculum to reflect the core of our educational philosophy, “Six in One,” which emphasizes the need for solid academic performance in core subject areas, to encourage students to explore their personal interests, enhance their physical fitness, and cultivate students' creativity, communication skills, independent thinking ability, and sense of social responsibility. Since inception, our students have often achieved outstanding results in various academic examinations, competitions, and extracurricular activities. Despite the expansion of our school network and the continuous increase in the number of high school students, our college entrance examination promotion rate has remained at a high level. In the 2023 college entrance examination, about 83.5% of our students surpassed the undergraduate admission score line of a Chinese university, and about 50.3% surpassed the admission score line of a Chinese university. We have developed a centralized and standardized management system, and we are convinced that this school management system is critical to the success of our business because it helps us integrate resources, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain the high standards of our education services. Thanks to our management system, we have been able to rapidly expand our school network to new geographical locations, and at the same time implement quality standards within the school network.
