We have three main business segments: Property management services mainly include: (1) security, cleaning, gardening, repair and maintenance services for residential communities (that is, mixed-use properties with non-residential supporting facilities such as residential units and commercial or office units); and (2) pre-sale services for property developers, including cleaning, security and maintenance of pre-sale demonstration units; Engineering services, mainly including: (1) equipment installation services; (2) repair and maintenance services; and (3) automation and other equipment upgrade services provided through our equipment leasing scheme; and Community leasing, sales and other services, mainly include: (1) public space leasing assistance; (2) shopping assistance; and (3) residential and retail unit leasing and sales assistance.
