We operate our business through our three main operating subsidiaries, Jiashun Civil Engineering Co., Ltd., Jiashun Construction Co., Ltd., and Jiajian Construction Co., Ltd., registered as a limited company in Hong Kong. We are professional contractors engaged in renovation and addition works and civil engineering in Hong Kong. Alteration and addition works generally include new structural works, renovation works, altering the configuration of facilities, making new extensions to existing buildings, transforming existing buildings into different types, assembling, modifying, dismantling or installing hardware and equipment; constructing, moving, or removing partitions and windows; replacing types of decoration and floor materials; while civil engineering generally includes site preparation work (that is, site cleaning and site leveling to carry out foundation work) and foundation work (that is, substructural work to provide a foundation or structural foundation for a building structure built on it). In addition, we undertake general civil engineering projects relating to environmental management projects. In order to focus on the requirements of different construction engineering fields, among the main operating subsidiaries, Jiashun Construction mainly focuses on providing renovation and addition projects, while Jiashun Civil Engineering and Jiajian mainly focus on providing civil engineering services.
