In 2015, it was completely restructured and established by Kunming Railway Heavy Road Maintenance Machinery Group Co., Ltd. On December 16, 2015, the Company issued a total of 531,900,000 H shares in Hong Kong, with a face value of RMB 1.00 each, and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”). As of December 31, 2022, the total number of shares issued by the Company was 531,900,000 shares, with a registered capital of 1519.884 million yuan. Place of registration: No. 384, Yangfangwang, Jinma Town, China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are mainly engaged in the maintenance and manufacture of large-scale railway road maintenance machinery, providing annual inspection services and extended services for road maintenance machinery; production, manufacture and sale of accessories, maintenance of parts and production, manufacture and sale of small railway maintenance machinery; mechanized maintenance and maintenance services for railway lines; casting manufacturing and mechanical processing; production and processing of railway materials, equipment and accessories, railway machinery and accessories, construction materials, hardware, mechanical and electronic equipment sales, import and export of goods. The parent company of the Company is China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Railway Construction”), and the final controller is China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd.
