China Datang Group New Energy Co., Ltd. (stock code: 1798), formerly known as Datang Chifeng Saihanba Wind Power Co., Ltd., established on September 23, 2004, is one of the earliest domestic power companies engaged in new energy development. Since its establishment, after several years of rapid development, the company was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 17, 2010. As of December 31, 2023, the total number of issued shares of the Company was 7,273,701,000 shares. Among them, China Datang Group Co., Ltd.'s consolidated shareholding ratio was 65.61%, making it the company's controlling shareholder. The Group is mainly engaged in the development, investment, construction and management of new energy sources such as wind power; research and development, application and promotion of low carbon technology; development, sales, inspection and maintenance of new energy related equipment; electricity production; domestic and foreign power engineering design, construction, installation, maintenance and export services; foreign investment; and consulting services related to new energy business. The Group is actively developing renewable energy businesses such as wind power generation and solar power generation. As of December 31, 2023, the Group holds an installed capacity of 15,418.72 megawatts, of which the wind power holding has an installed capacity of 12,981.20 megawatts and a photovoltaic holding installed capacity of 2,437.52 megawatts.
