Wenye Group Completes Major Share Subscription to Enhance Market Position

WENYE GROUP (01802.HK) has completed the placement of a total of 0.238 billion shares.

On April 17, 2023, WENYE GROUP (01802.HK) announced that the preconditions under the subscription agreement have been met and the subscriber has completed the subscription on April 17, 2025. According to the subscription agreement, a total of 0.238 billion subscription shares (accounting for approximately 28.6% of the company’s expanded issued capital after the allocation and issuance of subscription shares) have been subscribed by the subscriber at a subscription price of HKD 0.055 per share. The total par value of the subscription shares is HKD 23,760.
