Huayu Expressway Group Co., Ltd. (“Huayu Express” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiary “Group”) is a project company in the infrastructure sector in China. Its main business is investing in, constructing, operating and managing infrastructure projects in China. Currently, the Group's only project is the southern section of the Suiyue Expressway (a two-way six-lane highway with a total length of about 24.08 kilometers). The southern section of the Suiyue Expressway is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed before the end of 2011. The Group will operate the Hunan section of the Suiyue Expressway in accordance with a franchise agreement (concession period of 27 years (excluding construction period)) after the completion and opening of the Hunan section of the Suiyue Expressway.
