The board of directors further announced that, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited as the new auditor of the company, effective October 25, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by PricewaterhouseCoopers' resignation, with a term until the next annual general meeting of the shareholders.
