The company was founded in 2008. We are a senior service provider for landscaping and ecological restoration projects in the three northeastern provinces of China. Our footprint covers 13 provincial regions, including Jilin, Beijing, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang. China's landscaping market is highly fragmented, and leading companies in the landscaping market dominate China's ecological restoration market. We ranked first among companies in the ecological restoration industry and second among companies in the landscaping industry in the three provinces of Northeast China. Compared to other competitors, we stand out as a one-stop service provider with design and construction qualifications. We are one of six companies registered in the three Northeast provinces that have obtained the “Special Class A Qualification for Landscape Engineering Design” certificate and other related construction materials at the same time. Our business segments include (i) landscaping; (ii) ecological restoration; (iii) other: the investigation, inspection, design and technical consultation of municipal construction projects. We mainly secure new business through participation in market tenders or models directly appointed by owners. Environmental restoration is the Group's main source of recognized revenue. As a contractor, we undertake the design and/or construction of garden projects awarded by clients, such as urban gardens, theme parks and private parks, with the aim of improving the urban environment by integrating design and construction capabilities. We provide various garden design and construction services according to customer needs in such projects, including underground construction projects such as terrain modification, planting of seedlings, installation of water supply pipes, etc., as well as maintenance projects. Since 2016, we have increased our efforts to develop the ecological restoration business, so its overall revenue contribution to the Group has increased year by year. Ecological restoration projects refer to the application of expertise, equipment, plants or other biological products. Our services for ecological restoration projects include the construction of underground pipelines to collect rainwater and serve as waterway systems, and the design and construction of ecological facilities such as stormwater gardens, sponge city systems, and greening. Our ecological restoration projects include treatment of polluted rivers, construction of urban waterfront gardens, restoration of regional aquatic ecosystems, and mine reclamation.
