On December 9, according to a notice from Bright Culture (01859.HK), Beijing Bright Culture Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, "Beijing Bright Culture") has entered into a cooperation agreement with two independent third parties. According to this agreement, all parties will jointly produce and launch a variety show aimed at promoting and cultivating Chinese martial arts culture. The show is expected to be aired on one of the partners' ("platform partners") online video platforms around June 2025. Beijing Bright Culture will have the right to receive revenue generated from the variety show, including advertising revenue, sponsorship revenue, and other income generated.
