The Group is a Chinese catering group that delights customers by providing Cantonese cuisine, Chinese feasts and catering services. It has four full-service restaurants in Hong Kong, China, and two full-service restaurants in Shenzhen, China, which serve Cantonese cuisine under the “Libao Ge” brand. All restaurants are strategically located in landmark shopping malls or commercial complexes in prime locations. The Group adheres to the business philosophy of providing high quality food and services at reasonable prices in an elegant and comfortable dining environment. At the end of October 2015, a Jingchuan Shanghai-cuisine restaurant was opened in Hong Kong, China under the new brand “Jingxiang Pavilion”. It was listed on the GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on June 30, 2016, with the stock code 8102. In 2017, two new Libaoge restaurants were opened in Yifang City and Futian District, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China, and gradually entered the mainland China market.
