Kafelaku Coffee Unit Taps Jiangsu Xuncai to Build Production Base in China for 66 Million Yuan
KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869.HK) has signed a contract for the construction of a production facility.
On January 3, Gelonghui reported that KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869.HK) announced that on January 3, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Mongoose signed a construction contract with the contractor. According to this, the contractor conditionally agreed to carry out Architecture Engineering on the land, at a cost of 66.09 million yuan. The contractor will be responsible for building the production base on the land according to the construction drawings, including but not limited to (i) civil engineering, (ii) electrical and plumbing installation, (iii) fire protection system engineering, (iv) ventilation engineering, and (v) outdoor pipeline engineering. The land refers to the coastal area located in Dongtai City, Jiangsu, China.
