Xiang Zhong International Holdings Limited (stock code: 1871) is a limited liability investment holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. The Company's shares have been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) since October 24, 2019. We are a driving training service provider located in Zhumadian, Henan, China. We provide driving training services through our two main operating subsidiaries, Shunda Driving School and Tongtai Driving School. Shunda Driving School is an eligible second-level driving school that was established and began operation in 2012 to provide driving training services to prepare for small vehicle driving tests. Tongtai Driving School is an eligible first-class driving school that provides driving training services to prepare for driving tests for large vehicles and small vehicles, which was established and began operation in 2014.
