$VIVA BIOTECH (01873.HK)$ In the first half of 2021, the bio-apparent profit of Via is greatly affected by non-recurring gains and losses, mainly including the fair value loss of financial liabilities of 13.366 million yuan, the interest expense of convertible bonds of 67.421 million yuan, the non-recurring gains and losses of fixed assets disposal of 5.135 million yuan and the amortization of acquired assets of 23.219 million yuan. Adjusted net profit more truly reflects the company's actual operating conditions, profit performance in line with expectations.
