Gelonghui, March 24 – KB LAMINATES (01888.HK) announced its annual results for the year ending December 31, 2024, with revenue of HKD 18.541 billion, a year-on-year increase of 11%; profit before tax of HKD 1.758 billion, up 38% year-on-year; after deducting credit impairment provisions of HKD 82.9 million for the group's Bonds investment, the basic attributable profit for shareholders increased significantly by 36%, reaching HKD 1.349 billion. The group's financial position remains robust, and the Board of Directors recommends a final dividend of HKD 0.20 per share and a special final dividend of HKD 0.30 per share.
