We are Malaysia's leading ferrous scrap metal trading company. Over the years, we have established a nationwide scrap yard supplier base in Malaysia, from which we procure recyclable ferrous scrap metal and sell it to steel mills. We also operate several waste yards with a total area of about 61,000 square meters in Selangor, Kedah, Malacca, and Johor. The location is strategically located in an area that can guarantee the supply of ferrous scrap metal, close to our steel mill customers in Trengganu, Pahang, Selangor, and Penang. Furthermore, as of the date of this annual report, we have 80 own trucks, 55 of which carry 20 tons or more. With the support of this fleet, we can respond to the logistics needs of small and medium-sized suppliers with limited logistics support in a timely manner. We are proud to be able to procure large quantities of ferrous scrap metal to meet the production needs of our steel mill customers. In fiscal year 2022 and fiscal year 2023, we sold 675,062 tons and 725,577 tons of ferrous scrap metal respectively, accounting for 92.8% and 93.4% of revenue respectively. In addition to trading in ferrous scrap metals, we also trade used batteries, waste paper and iron ore, but on a smaller scale, accounting for 5.8% and 5.8% of total revenue in fiscal year 2022 and fiscal year 2023, respectively. We also operate three waste paper mills with a total area of approximately 11,500 square meters in Melaka and Johor.
