We are a well-known subcontractor in Hong Kong, mainly engaged in providing masonry works and other supporting works related to masonry works. Masonry works include floor, wall and ceiling lamination, interior and exterior wall and floor tile paving, bricklaying and marble work. According to industry reports, in 2018, the Group ranked fifth in the Hong Kong masonry engineering market (by revenue), accounting for about 3.8% of the 2018 market share. According to industry reports, on January 31, 2019, about 530 contractors and subcontractors registered for specialized jobs in the categories of “masonry finishing works” and “paving marble and granite, brick and masonry” categories. The Group provides masonry works through its main operating subsidiaries (i.e. Pak Fai and Ma You). Both major operating subsidiaries have been registered under the Construction Industry Council's Registered Special Industry Contractor System (previously known as the Subcontractor Registration System). Park Fai and Ma Yau first completed relevant registrations under the previous system in April 2004, and since then our registrations have covered masonry finishing works, paving marble and granite tiles and masonry, covering a wide range of expertise, including brickwork, blasting and paving tiles, jet blasting and floor blasting, marble paving and granite masonry works. Our direct clients include the chief contractors and subcontractors of various construction projects in Hong Kong, and the final owners of the projects we undertake mainly include the government and property developers. As subcontractors, we are mainly invited to bid for projects from our own contractors.
