We are a well-known subcontractor in Hong Kong, mainly engaged in the provision of mud works and other ancillary projects related to muddy water projects. Masonry works include floor, wall and ceiling cladding, tiling for interior and exterior walls and floors, brickwork and marble works. According to industry reports, in 2018, the Group ranked fifth in the Hong Kong cement and water engineering market (by revenue), accounting for about 3.8% of the 2018 market share. According to industry reports, on January 31, 2019, about 530 contractors and subcontractors registered as specialized occupations in the categories of “concrete finishing works” and “paving marble and granite bricks and masonry”. The Group provides masonry works through its main operating subsidiaries (namely Pak Fai and Ma You). Both of these major operating subsidiaries have been registered under the Construction Industry Council's Registered Specialized Trade Contractor System (previously known as the Subcontractor Registration System). Pak Fai and Ma Yau first completed relevant registrations under the previous system in April 2004, and our registration has since covered concrete finishing works, marble and granite brick and masonry, covering a wide range of specialties, including brickwork, tile laying, jet cutting and floor slitting, marble paving and granite tile works. Our direct clients include general contractors and subcontractors for various building construction projects in Hong Kong, and the final owners of the projects we undertake mainly include the government and property developers. As a subcontractor, we mainly obtain projects from contractors by being invited to bid.
