On August 27, Guangdong Guanghui (01930.HK) announced that the group's income for the six months ending June 30, 2024 was approximately 0.118 billion yuan, an increase of approximately 10.3% year-on-year. The increase was mainly due to the increase in income generated by the group's sales of auto molds. In the first half of 2024, the company's attributable net profit was approximately 7.3 million yuan, a decrease of approximately 47.1% year-on-year; basic earnings per share were 1.1 yuan. The decrease was mainly due to: (i) a decrease in income from a major customer of the group, whose gross margin rate is relatively higher than other auto mold customers, resulting in lower sales.
