As of December 31, 2017, we are the leading private formal higher education institution in Zhejiang Province, China in terms of the number of students enrolled. According to Frost & Sullivan's report, as of December 31, 2017, we are the largest private college education institution and the fourth largest private formal higher education institution in Zhejiang Province, with a total number of students enrolled in 10,874. In addition to providing higher education services, we also provide secondary education services to high school students in Zhejiang Province. During the track record period and up to July 5, 2018, we controlled and operated two schools, namely Long March College (53.62% owned by Jiahong Holding Group) and Lean High School. In the 2018/19 academic year, we had a total of 11,455 students enrolled in Long March College and Lean Yi Middle School, including 10,520 students from Long March College and 935 students from Lean Yi Middle School. Additionally, we operate a joint venture school, the School of Information Business. During the track record period and up to July 5, 2018, the school was held by Jiahong Holding Group with 65.0% of the school's funders and the remaining 35.0% interest from the Central Plains Institute of Technology. The School of Information Business mainly provides formal undergraduate and specialist education. The School of Information Business had 20,613 students enrolled in the 2018/19 academic year.
