As of December 31, 2017, in terms of the number of students enrolled, we are the leading private formal higher education institution in Zhejiang Province, China. According to Frost & Sullivan's report, as of December 31, 2017, we were the largest private college education institution in Zhejiang Province and the fourth largest private formal higher education institution, with a total of 10,874 students enrolled. In addition to providing higher education services, we also provide secondary education services to high school students in Zhejiang Province. During the track record period and up to July 5, 2018, we controlled and operated two schools, namely Changzheng College (53.62% owned by Jiahong Holding Group) and Lean Middle School. In the 2018/2019 school year, we had 11,455 students enrolled in Changzheng College and Lean Middle School. Among them, Changzheng College had 10,520 students and Lean Middle School had 935 students. Additionally, we operate a joint venture school, the School of Information Business. During the track record period and up to July 5, 2018, the school was held by Jiahong Holding Group in 65.0% of the school's funder interests and the Zhongyuan Institute of Technology holding the remaining 35.0% interest. The School of Information Business mainly provides formal undergraduate and college education. In the 2018/2019 academic year, there were 20,613 students enrolled in the School of Information and Commerce.
