Ye Xing Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Hongkun Property”, stock code 0194.HK) was founded in 2003 and is a property management service provider under Hongkun Group. It has national-level property service enterprise qualifications and is a governing unit of the China Property Management Association. Currently, it has 17 years of property management experience and mainly focuses on providing comprehensive property management services to residential and non-residential properties in China. With its excellent service quality and excellent customer reputation, it has been selected as one of China's top 100 property services for many years in a row, and ranked 48th in terms of overall strength among the top 100 property management companies in 2019. In terms of total construction area under management, it ranked 21st in the Beijing property management market in 2018, and ranked 9th in the property management market for non-state-owned enterprise background developer subsidiaries in Beijing. 2. Business Overview: The Group provides three types of services, namely: (1) Property management services It includes residential and non-residential properties (mainly including office buildings, shopping malls, pubs and other facilities such as stadiums) providing repair and maintenance services, security, cleaning and gardening, management and leasing of parking spaces, and other property management related services. (2) Services related to property developers Includes co-marketing services, pre-delivery cleaning and preparation services, post-delivery maintenance services, and planning and design consulting and inspection services. (3) Value-added services Includes home living services and rental of common areas. As of February 2020, Ye Xing Group's service projects covered the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Economic Belt, Hainan Free Trade Zone and other provinces and cities, providing lifestyle services to more than 100,000 owners and users. The total revenue from management is about 5.2 million square meters of construction area, and the contracted construction area is 8 million square meters, including 24 residential properties and 17 non-residential properties. 3. (2) We have established a winning brand image and reputation for quality and reliable service. Ye Xing Group has a good track record in providing high-quality property management services. It has received many awards and recognitions over the years. Since 2016, it has been selected as one of the top 100 property service enterprises in China by the China Index Research Institute for four consecutive years, and was issued a first-level qualification certificate for property service enterprises in the People's Republic of China by the Ministry of Housing and Construction in 2017. (3) An effective internal management system has been established to promote operational efficiency and standardization of procedures.
