Baida International Holdings (01949.HK) plans to acquire 60% equity in Jiangsu Weina Hongxin Semiconductors.

Gelonghui, December 12 - Baida International Holdings (01949.HK) announced that on December 12, 2024, the buyer Global Wealth (Hong Kong) Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into an Equity Transfer agreement with the seller Shanghai Weina Hongxin Semiconductors Co., Ltd., under which the seller conditionally agreed to sell and the buyer conditionally agreed to acquire 60% of the equity of the target company Jiangsu Weina Hongxin Semiconductors Co., Ltd. The business objective of the target company is to become a leading manufacturer and distributor of laboratory-grown diamonds in China. This business plan outlines the establishment of a dedicated production for laboratory-grown diamonds.
