The Group's history dates back to the 1980s, when our Chinese restaurants “Li Ge Restaurant”, “Jiahe Restaurant” and “Aoda Restaurant” operated in different parts of Hong Kong, China. Based on the industry experience gained from operating such restaurants, the Group first operated a restaurant under the “Xu Fu Lou” brand in Waterloo Road, Hong Kong, China in 1986. “Xufu House” positions itself as a boutique restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine and seafood. It stands out from traditional mainstream Cantonese restaurants through excellence and artistry, and has won numerous awards over the years. The “Suffolk House” chain became famous in the 1980s. Its geographical coverage spans more than 20 regions in Hong Kong, China, including Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Sheung Wan, Fortress Hill, Quarry Bay, Taikoo, Stanley, Yau Ma Tei, Mongkok, Tsim Sha Tsui, Cheung Sha Wan, Tai Kok Tsui, Lam Tin, Wong Tai Sin, Shatin, Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai, Kwai Chung and Kwai Tsing. In 2007, under the leadership of Mr. Huang Jielong, the Group launched the “Imperial Garden Royal Feast” brand. This high-end wedding service brand combines carefully prepared Cantonese cuisine with thoughtful hotel-level service. In the same period, the Group founded its own brands, including “Peace Hotel”, which offers Shanghai-Beijing-Sichuan cuisine, and “Imperial Garden”, which offers nostalgic Cantonese cuisine. In 2008, the Group established a subsidiary, Co., Ltd., which paved the way for diversification and internationalization of our menu supply. In 2010, the Group founded its first Japanese food brand, “Beef Shabu-shabu”. The brand focuses on Japanese shabu-shabu and sukiyaki beef fondue. Since 2010, the Group has signed franchise agreements to introduce a number of famous brands in their country of origin and worldwide to Hong Kong, China, such as the Japanese yakiniku specialty store brand “Gyu-Kaku”, the Japanese shabu-shabu specialty store brand “Onyasai”, and the Korean teppanyaki specialty store brand “Ryu's Family”. The Group will continue to satisfy our customers and lead food trends through innovative spirit and years of experience in operating Chinese restaurants.
